Perhaps the best advice that you will receive from someone is live to trade another day. Currency markets are brutal, volatile and ruthless. In minutes you can lose many pips. You should learn to survive in the markets in the long run. Do not lose all your money in a single day.

The single most common factor that causes many currency traders to blow up their accounts and lose all their money is greed. You start taking unnecessary risks when you get greedy. You will spend many hours trying to find the Holy Grail technical indictor or a forex robot that can make you rich. You will believe that by discovering that secret, you will become rich.

Unfortunately there is no Holy Grail for anyone in trading. You will win and you will lose. So you must learn not to risk more than 2% of your account on one trade. Grow your account incrementally over time. Never ever be tempted to risk big making one single winning trade that can make you rich.

Now, know how much you are willing to risk in a single trade. I have said 2%. But if you want to be aggressive you can go up to 5%. But stay between 2-5%. Dont exceed it. On the other hand, if you are conservative, you should consider risking between 1-2% only.

Once you have decided on the risk level you are going to take, knowing the rest is simple for you. Suppose you have a $50,000 account and you decide on a risk level of 2% for a single trade. How much you can risk on a single trade? You can only risk (50,000) (0.02) =$1,000, this is the maximum you should risk on a single trade.

However, if you are in more than one trade at the same time, the amount may be higher. Suppose, you are in 3 trades and you risk only $1,000 per trade. So the total amount at risk will be $3,000. Once you have determined your risk level, you are ready to determine the trade size.

Trade size is the number of currency pair contracts you purchase in any one single trade. You need to first determine where you want to put your stop loss in order to determine the trade size. Lets use a simple example to make it clear and suppose you are willing to risk $1000 on trading EUR/USD pair. You decide on a stop loss of 50 pips. Each pip on EUR/USD pair is equal to $10, so the number of contracts that you can trade are 2= (1,000)/ (50) (10).

You have taken the guesswork out of your trading once you have determined your risk level and calculated the trade size. You can sleep well now knowing how much of your money is at risk. You are going to be able to trade tomorrow, no matter what happens today.

Inspecting The Foundation Of A Home

One of the main things that a home inspector will look at during a home inspection is the foundation. Here is some information on what the home inspector when examining the foundation.

The first thing the inspector will have to do is determine the type of foundation the home has. There are three types of foundations: the basement, crawl space, and concrete slab.

If the home has a basement, there may be some limitations to the inspection based on if it has been finished. The inspector is trying to determine if the basement presently has or has had a moisture problem in the past. For an unfinished basement is there any water staining on the concrete? For a finished basement, is the carpet stained, is there a mildew smell, or is the hardwood flooring separating, curling or cupping at the seams?

There are other items the inspector will examine while in the basement. These items include any exposed wood framing, electrical components, plumbing pipes and fixtures, and any systems like the water heater or the heating and cooling system if present.

If there is at least 18 inches of headroom, the inspector will evaluate the crawl space. If for some reason, such as height restrictions, the inspector can not access all or part of the crawl space it will be noted in the inspection report.

When inspecting the under the home the inspector will be looking at the piers and the foundation walls for stability and any cracking. The inspector will look to see if there is any insect damage to the exposed wood framing. Also, the inspector will look to see if the dryer vents to the exterior, if there are enough wall vents, if the ground is wet from condensation or a plumbing leak, the condition of the HVAC ductwork, and if there is insulation present between the floor joists.

When the home has a concrete slab, it can only be inspected from the exterior, unless the interior has not been floored yet. On the exterior the home inspector will be looking to see if there are cracks present in the concrete slab and if the ground around the slab is sloped away from the home.

The PSB study reported the following:

68 percent of "recession shoppers" (and 79 percent of "weekly shoppers") purchased something online they wouldn't have otherwise because of a coupon or discount. 64 percent of "recession shoppers" (and 70 percent of "weekly shoppers") said they purchased something from a particular online retailer they wouldn't have otherwise because of a coupon or discount.

Almost anyone would say if they had the opportunity to work from home they would take it. With the internet being more popular than ever, blogging for extra income has become more popular than ever. But is it really a practical or even possible idea?

First, I would like to mention that blogging to make additional income is entirely possible. There are a number of available hosts that allow you a free domain name through their site. So everything you do in regards to setting up your blog is 100% free. Depending on the site there may be an additional cost for add on features, so take a look around before you start to blog. Currently the most popular blogging platforms are Blogger and Wordpress. If you want a blog on your personal domain name, you can always purchase a domain and hosting account but that is completely your decision.

But just because you can blog for additional income doesn't mean that it will actually generate income. A generalized and/or personal blog will probably never generate income. Instead when you create a blog you will have to choose a theme or niche so other people with similar interests looking for information will find what you are posting.

Once you find a niche you want to blog about, you have to find a way to generate income. Are you going to sell items, have an affiliate program, advertise, etc. to make money? And how are you going to promote these items to sell.

Blogs of this type need to be updated at least once a week and be active in social networks. Most blogs will not generate income (or generate very little) within the first year of their publication.

The way everybody is being laid off, it is hard to pay the bills. I should know. I was recently laid off from my job. Thank God my husband has a full-time job! If he didn't I don't know what we'd do. When you type in, "work at home jobs" into your browser, you are flooded with numerous work at home jobs that offer to pay you top dollar. This sounds very intriguing, and when you click onto their Web site you see pictures of a mansion, fancy expensive cars, and a yacht.

Below that is a story told by someone who states they had no money, were close to being evicted from their apartment, etc. Now all of a sudden they've come up with a no fail system that has made them independently wealthy and you can too! You excitedly read the rest of their story, and when you reach the bottom, you notice that in order to receive this wonderful information, you have to pay a hefty fee of... let's say $99.99!! If you do purchase it, you will receive nothing but a bunch of useless information.

Helloooooo! This is how these stupid scam artists are making their money! Not only that, you just wasted $99.99 which could be used to pay a bill or buy some food. Don't do it! I have some very legitimate work at home websites that never ever charge a fee to become employed. Well, of course the first one is associatedcontent.com.

You can write articles about anything you want, and you can work whenever you want to. Within a week you are paid via paypal which I think is the best method of payment.

Mylot.com is another site. You are paid to post on their site, and they pay 2 cents per post. They too pay via paypal. JustAnswer.com: You are paid for answering questions based on your experiences. That too is another site that you can work anytime you want. WorkatHomeagent.com: This is a customer service job that you can do from home also. Their pay varies, and the lowest I've seen is $8 per hour. WorkingSol.com is another customer service work at home site. The last one that I know of off hand is chacha.com. They pay you to be a search guide. Customers type in a question either by texting on their phone, or on the computer, you receive the question, search for an answer, and send it back to the customer! It's that easy!

You are helping people find answers to their questions on the internet! As a new guide, you will be paid .15 per query, and after you've performed 1,000 searches, you are paid .20 per query. Their method of payment is also through paypal. They have been so very busy lately, that as soon as you are done helping one customer online, another query pops up! You can set your own hours, and days off, too.

The Web sites that I have listed above are truly legitimate work at home Web sites. I have looked them all over.
